The official brand presentation took place in the emblematic San Ildefonso Market, with the collaboration of the prestigious Italian chef Gianni Pinto, who organised a show cooking event for the media and the general public. To create content, and to celebrate Italian National Day, we created the study Spaniards and Pasta, on the preferences of Spanish consumers in terms of type of pasta and accompanying sauces. We enhanced this action by organising a trip for the most important food critics and journalists in Spain to Gragnano, the birthplace of pasta and home to Pastificio Lucio Garofalo, as well as a tasting event for this product in the reception organised by the Italian Embassy each year to celebrate the national event.
