ACH becomes SECNewgate Spain

After more than 35 years, Spain’s leading communications agency, ACH Consultores de Comunicación, will now be called SEC Newgate Spain, an office forming part of the SEC Newgate S.p.A. group in Spain, listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange and headquartered in Milan.

After the announcement in September 2019 of the merger of two leading communications groups, SEC Global and Newgate Communications, a period was established during which the group’s local brands would maintain their names due to the solid tight of each entity to their domestic markets. This period has now concluded, with the creation of a single brand and image for the entire group globally.

SEC Newgate Spain will now offer its clients a comprehensive suite of strategic consulting services in different areas, including: financial and corporate communications, a team specialising in digital communications, institutional relations, public affairs and consultancy; research and analysis; crisis management and public relations, among others, always supported by the experience and excellence of its extensive international network. SEC Newgate team is made up of more than 600 professionals specialising in different areas of communication, across 38 offices, in 15 countries and five continents (Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Oceania).

New horizon, new accounts

This internationalization process has brought with it new accounts for the office in Spain. New clients have joined SEC Newgate Spain in recent weeks such as Amper Group, a Spanish multinational company, which aims to strengthen its position as an international benchmark in the technological development of communications, industry and engineering; Finalbion, a Spanish fintech specialising in providing alternative financing to medium-sized companies; Bodegas Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos, one of the leading wine-making companies in Spain, with over 125 years’ experience crafting and producing high-quality wines that have gained international recognition; and Gastón y Daniela, a renowned textile firm in Spain, founded in 1876, which designs, manufactures and sells its fabrics, wallpaper, carpets and furniture around the world.
